Introduction:

As the payment industry is now moving to be EMV enabled and some of them even mobilized like QR or NFC payment, more and more challenges are facing for the Magstripe transactions, it is necessary for banks/financial institutions to migrate to more secure and easier transaction method, also there are more and more countries are using 3rd party payment processors to route the transactions for saving cost.

Technical Considerations:

★ Flexibility/Expandable:

The proposed solution forms one part of Wisecard’s multi-channel banking backend system and can be complemented with the additional modules and channels from the SmartPayment product range. Implementing the channel manager as part of the solution forms the basis of integrating the system with new delivery channels, Wisecard channels or third party channels.

★ Security:

Wisecard product solutions provide a number of secure authentication methodologies that can make sure the system high security. In addition to the authentication method the product contains a rich set of security components that combined with HSM, firewall technologies and recommended procedures ensures the whole system will have full security protection.

All Wisecard software solutions are PCI compliant and meet the security requirements from the related standards.

There is no sensitive data will be stored into the software or cache, and the data will be encrypted as well.

★ Scalability:

★ High Performance:

The performance of the system is governed by a number of factors including the database configuration, number of processors, available memory, disk configuration, and how the system is distribution across multiple servers. Wisecard’s professional services division will conduct a sizing exercise to determine that exact hardware configuration required to operate the smart card and payment solution within an effective multi- server environment. The recommended environment will be based on the volume of transactions and number of user’s modelled against the recommendations resulting from Wisecard's Quality Assurance and ongoing stress testing.

Customized training plan:

All staff that will participate in the project from the customer will need to be trained by our trainer. There are two parts to training:
