This system is allowed user to define the User Group, different user group have different access rights, system has 3 default user groups as below
Administrator is the system manager, user under this user group is for system parameter configuration, application type/level configuration and user management.
Branch Teller is handling the document scan, application documents loading, branch is also able to check the application status.
Document exam supervisor, user under this user group is able to exam the document authenticity, integrity and decide to give the applicant approve or reject.
eDocs system is used for document management, the main working process is list below, other detail functions will describe in chapter 4.
