Main Functions:

Smart PM is running based on HSM and database, all the relevant data are stored to database, the security of system is ensured by HSM, this chapter describe the main functions in Smart PM.

1, Admin
System control information can setup by admin group user flexibly, authorized user could manage the users, setup system configuration, setup print format, key management and Log management.

2, User management
User Management allows admin to link a Windows local or domain user account to Smart PM system with fingerprint, the user name can be modified or deleted by admin group user.

3, Configuration
System control settings are all managed in configuration section, HSM, Database connection information, and weight/Fee, report, log setup.

4, Print Format
Before using the printer to print mailer, it is necessary to define the print format of the mailer or document, user can define the printing data value and position by themselves, the command must be conform to the Thales Payshield 900 HSM PIN format configuration.
