In CMS we initially added an administrator user, admin, for you to setup other operators. We suggest you to setup all needed operators before using the CMS. In User Management module (ACL), we have 3 layers for you to manage the access control, first is Level 1 Menu, second is Level 3 Menu and the third is Level 3 Button, so you can combine what you needed controls in CMS. We will have detail introduction in User Management module. 

Card Issuing is main purpose of the CMS, you can manage the product, BIN, embossing data and track data in this module, before you start setting a product, you need first setup BIN information, Key information and embossing format. So, the recommended flow is as below.
