High Performance:
The performance of the system is governed by a number of factors including the database configuration, number of processors, available memory, disk configuration, and how the system is distribution across multiple servers. Wisecard’s professional services division will conduct a sizing exercise to determine that exact hardware configuration required to operate the SmartOne platform solution within an effective multi- server environment. The recommended environment will be based on the volume of transactions and number of user’s modelled against the recommendations resulting from Wisecard's Quality Assurance and ongoing stress testing.
Customized Training Plan:
All staff that will participate in the project from the bank will need to be trained by our trainer. There are two parts to training:
• Foundation Training
• End User Training
